Apart from favorites, there are certain fashion items that we can't seem to do without. These items are not only limited to women's fashion but it also holds true to men's fashion.

There are a lot of fashion clothing and apparel that should be found in every man's closet. It may sound girly but who wouldn't love a man with a fashion sense?

Of course, it is exciting to see a rugged male but it would also be great to see him in a fashionable get up once in a while. Fashion designers are not only creating designs and styles for women only; they are also creating some for men. The designs and cuts may constantly change but there are some items that are hard to change and even harder to do without.

1. Belt. Every man should have a belt. It can come in any color but preferably a color that would match the shoes he has in store. Belts don't only make great accents but it also helps keep your bottoms safe and secure. You wouldn't want it to fall down while you are dancing right because that would be so embarrassing. Belts are wardrobe staples so always keep one or two.

2. Cuff Links. You wouldn't know when you will need these two little fellows so it would be best if you have a pair or two tucked inside your closet or in your drawer. These cuff links are used to bind or bring together the cuffs by passing through the buttonhole and sealing it. This is very useful especially when you are wearing a suit either to a party or to work. Cuff links also work as accents.

3. Tie. Other than cuff links, a suit would also look great if you add a little color to it. How can you do this? You can do this by wearing a tie. Ties come in different colors as well as patterns and textures. Shop for a tie or two in your closet, one plain colored and another patterned. Wearing different ties will provide the variation you need for your get up.

4. Socks. Most men wear their shoes with socks. Shoes definitely feel more comfortable if you have socks on. Socks also come in different types and colors. One type more commonly known as ankle socks are best worn with rubber shoes. Wearing this type of socks on dress shoes is really not a great idea. In cases when you are required to don on a formal attire, the perfect socks for dress shoes are those socks that end up mid way to your knees.

5. Watch. Men may not be fond of necklaces and bracelets but they sure have a penchant for watches. If you have noticed, most men revel on their watches and this might even be one of the most expensive fashion accessories he has other than his car. Watches are not only great accessories; it also keeps you aware of the time. Watches come in various designs be it stainless steel straps or leather straps. Either way the preference is still his.
