1. Briefcase Material. Durability is key when buying a briefcase. The bag is going to carry all your important papers so it should be sturdy and resilient enough to shelter them from all the elements; rain and dust to name a few. Leather is usually the common choice for briefcases as it also gives off that stylish, classy but smart look. Inspect the kind of leather used for your briefcase before buying the item to be sure.
